These FAQs should answer any questions you might have about Online Renewal. For general renewal enquiries, please go to www.geolsoc.org.uk/renewals.

Where can I renew my Fellowship online?
What is paper free billing?

I added my renewal to the shopping basket and continued shopping in the bookshop but my purchases from the bookshop are not appearing in the shopping basket.
I have completed my Fellowship renewal, when will I receive my membership card?
I am an existing Direct Debit payee, if I make an amendment to my subscription how can I pay for this?
My temporary Fellowship card is not printing correctly.
As long as you have already notified the Fellowship department, please tick the overseas checkbox to continue with your renewal as the overseas rate will already have been applied.
We do not currently accept online payment by Maestro, you can either pay by Direct Debit or use an alternative credit or debit card.
You can view and print off your membership card from the Fellows Area. This may be exchanged for a plastic membership card at your next visit to Burlington House.
If your temporary Fellowship card is not printing correctly on one page, please make sure your page setup is set to portrait. In your internet browser, go to 'File', then 'Page Setup' and select portrait. You may also find that the barcode is not being displayed correctly, we are currently looking to resolve this problem.
